And bringing in some content from Uber's Chief Legal Officer Tony West. I have also included Tom Peters as when I asked him recently, he fully agrees on the slow gender balance that needs adjusting.
I plan to expand on this soon. Working with improving diversity, not only for women, at the Metropolitan Police. Argument for positive action. Forecasting / modelling of diversity and showing that without drastic measures you need 100 years and it may still not be enough.
